Reverse description A scene depicting the Venus Genetrix type: a draped female figure, identified as Venus, stands centrally in a dynamic pose, raising her right arm while a second draped figure flanks her to the right, possibly representing a suppliant or an attendant. A kneeling or fallen figure appears in the lower field, rendered in vigorous low relief. The composition is enclosed by a beaded border, and the exergue features a series of short horizontal strokes suggesting a ground line. No reverse legend is present on this type, the iconography alone conveying the Caesarian dynastic and religious program.
