| Obverse description | Central shield bearing the three rings of the Neuhoff dynastic coat of arms, surmounted by the right-facing profile effigy of King Theodore I, all enclosed within an inner beaded circle interrupted at the top by a royal crown from which the surrounding legend radiates. A second outer beaded circle frames the entire composition. The design is characteristic of hastily produced hammered coinage, with irregular flan preparation typical of the brief Corsican regal issue of 1736. |
