| Obverse description | Stylized bust of Sri Yashaditya facing right, rendered in a debased Indo-Sasanian manner characteristic of early medieval Sindh coinage. The ruler's head is surmounted by a distinctive crown adorned with four pellets. Flanking the effigy are pellets and abstract ornamental devices in the field. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven, consistent with hand-hammered production. The overall style reflects the regional artistic tradition merging Sasanian iconographic conventions with local Indian elements. |
