Reverse description A prominent trident occupies the central field, its three prongs rendered in a stylized Brahmi calligraphic manner. Brahmi legends surround the device, reading 'Sri Yasaaditya', identifying the issuing ruler. The inscription is distributed around the trident in the characteristic cursive style of early Sindhi Brahmi script. The die is irregular and the flan shows the typical uneven strike of hammered coinage of this period.
