Obverse description Six-line Latin inscription hammered in bold relief within a beaded inner circle, itself set against the plain square klippe flan oriented as a lozenge. The legend reads REGIAE MAT[estatis] RECONCILIATA ZIRIZEA ZA[landt] IVLY Ao 1576, commemorating the reconciliation of Zierikzee with the Royal Majesty in July 1576. A small cross ornament marks the head of the inscription above the first line. The lettering is crudely but forcefully struck, consistent with the emergency conditions under which this siege piece was produced. The field between the beaded circle and the square corners is entirely plain and unadorned.

Reverse description Entirely blank and featureless, the reverse presents an unworked silver surface consistent with a hastily produced emergency klippe struck from a roughly cut square planchet. The surface retains tool marks, flan irregularities, and natural die-contact texturing typical of siege coinage. No inscription, device, or decorative element of any kind is present.
