| Obverse description | Pale green form divided into three vertical panels. The left panel, headed CUPON MANDAT POȘTAL, contains sender (EXPEDITOR) fields for personal data, account details, and postal tariff, with a circular stamp zone at lower centre. The central panel, headed MANDAT POȘTAL DESTINATAR, provides recipient address and account fields together with shaded boxes for the sum in figures and in words, and a RAMBURS C.P. NR. line at foot.
