Reverse description The reverse features a plain cross pattée — the Cross of the Order of Christ — displayed prominently at the centre of the field, with a small crown surmounting the intersection of the arms. The cross divides the field into four equal quadrants and is enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding marginal legend, rendered in Latin Gothic lettering between two beaded borders, carries the Constantinian motto. The overall design is bold and uncluttered, consistent with the Cruzado coinage tradition.
