Obverse description Crowned bust of Enrique II facing left, rendered in the crude but expressive style typical of 14th-century Castilian hammered coinage. The king wears a prominent multi-pointed crown, with visible drapery or collar detail at the base of the neck. The effigy occupies the central field, surrounded by a circular Latin legend. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, consistent with hand-struck medieval production.
