Obverse description Bare-headed, bearded male bust facing right, rendered in a robust archaic Sicilian style with wavy hair swept back from the forehead. The portrait is set within a plain field enclosed by a beaded border running along the coin's irregular periphery. The facial features — prominent brow, full beard, and strong jaw — suggest a local heroic or divine effigy, possibly Zeus or a local river god. No legend is present on the obverse. The die work is boldly engraved, characteristic of Siceliot bronze coinage of the late third century BC.

Reverse description A club depicted horizontally in the central field, oriented with the bulbous head to the left and the handle tapering to the right, serving as the principal type and likely an attribute of Herakles. The ethnic legend of the Kentoripinoi is arranged in two registers around the club: ΚΕΝΤΟ above and ΡΙΠΙΝΩΝ below, with the numeral XI appearing to the upper right of the club. The lettering is rendered in incuse Greek characters of competent but informal execution. The reverse field is framed by the coin's characteristic irregular hammered flan edge.
