Reverse description The reverse displays a Herculean club in the upper field, oriented horizontally, above a combined quiver-and-bow symbol rendered in relief. A kerykeion appears as a control mark in the upper field, while a star occupies the lower field beneath the quiver-bow device. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ is inscribed horizontally across the central field, reading from left to right, identifying the issue as struck in the name of Alexander. The overall composition is compact and typical of the bronze subsidiary coinage struck at Tarsos during the earliest Diadochi period.
