Descrizione del dritto	Laureate head of Herakles facing left, rendered in archaic Cypriot style with naturalistic hair falling in locks over the neck; the deity's features are boldly modeled with a prominent brow and strong jawline. The portrait is set within a plain field bordered by a finely beaded outer rim. The depiction reflects the strong Phoenician-Greek artistic influence characteristic of the Kition mint under king Melekiathon.
