Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic style with curling locks of hair partially visible beneath the laurel wreath. The portrait is boldly struck within an irregular flan, with visible surface patination consistent with bronze coinage of the period. The facial features, though somewhat worn, retain characteristic idealized Apolline traits including a straight nose and defined jaw.
