| Beschrijving voorzijde | Youthful bare head of Herakles in right profile, clad in the lionskin headdress (leonte), with the scalp and forelegs of the Nemean lion knotted beneath the chin. The facial features are rendered in a vigorous Hellenistic style, with curling locks of hair visible beneath the pelt. The flan is slightly irregular, as typical of hammered bronzes of this series. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A gorytos (combined bow-and-quiver case) depicted in high relief at center, its characteristic flap and decorative strapping rendered with fine detail, accompanied by a club positioned diagonally below. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ appears in two lines across the field, with the mint control letters MP in the lower exergual area. Two reverse varieties are known: one with the gorytos placed above the legend and one with it below. |
