Obverse description Bearded male head facing right, rendered in archaic Greek style with coarse, flowing locks of hair and a full beard. The portrait displays bold, somewhat schematic facial features typical of 4th-century BC Macedonian regional bronze coinage. The head fills most of the flan, set against a plain, unadorned field with no visible inscription or border.
