Eckert, bookbinder, stationer and fancy goods dealer, located at the northwest corner of Walnut and 13th Streets, Cincinnati. The legend is arranged in six horizontal lines filling the field, surrounded by a toothed border.

Reverse description The reverse features a left-facing Indian Head bust in relief, wearing a feathered headdress with the word LIBERTY inscribed on the headband. Thirteen six-pointed stars are arranged around the periphery, and the date 1863 appears in the lower exergue, all within a toothed border.
