Obverse description Crowned Trivulzio heraldic shield set upon an ornate cartouche of acanthus scrollwork, surmounted by a helmeted warrior figure in armour standing atop the crest in three-quarter view. The arms display the characteristic Trivulzio barry field. The surrounding circular legend reads the lord's abbreviated titles in Latin capital letters, separated by pellets.

Reverse description Saint George on horseback, depicted in Roman armour and helmet, thrusting a long lance downward to slay the dragon prostrate beneath the horse's hooves. The saint is shown in dynamic right-facing profile, the rearing horse rendered with vigorous movement. The dragon is depicted with outstretched wings and open jaws at lower right. The Latin legend naming the saint is distributed around the periphery, interrupted by small cross ornaments.
