Beschrijving voorzijde	Plain white paper form printed in black ink, divided into two horizontal sections separated by a scissor-cut perforation line. The upper section constitutes the dispatch bulletin proper, bearing the Poșta Română logo and wordmark in the upper left corner, with a reserved barcode label area in the upper right; the body is subdivided into sender and addressee data fields, content declaration, declared insured value, cash-on-delivery service, and supplementary services checkboxes, with a circular stamp space at lower right. The lower section comprises the parcel advice notice (Aviz Colet Poștal), with date/time grid fields, addressee and sender data lines, and a second barcode label reservation area at right, concluding with a printed advisory regarding storage charges and retention period.
