Obverse description Conjoined busts of Emperor Franz Josef I and Emperor Wilhelm II in left-facing profile relief, both in military uniform, set against a plain field within a laurel wreath border. The engraver's signature K. GOETZ appears to the right in the field. The legend in the lower exergue identifies the two rulers.
