| 正面描述 | Crab depicted frontally in high relief, its carapace prominently rendered at center, with all legs spread symmetrically to either side. The design is set within a plain field, bordered by a beaded or dotted outer circle. The type closely follows the well-known crab emblem associated with the Sicilian island coinage of Lopadusa, rendered in a bold, schematic style characteristic of 4th-century BC Sicilian bronzes. |

Lopadusa — the ancient name for the island now called Lampedusa — issued coinage during a narrow window of the fourth century BC, almost certainly tied to its position along Phoenician trade routes between Carthage and Sicily. The island's autonomous bronze issues are among the rarest of all Sicilian-adjacent series; surviving specimens appear almost exclusively in institutional collections, with CNS#4 and the Copenhagen example representing the thin documentary record for this type.
