| Obverse description | Central legend COM F set within a rectangular panel, enclosed by a laurel wreath border. The inscription COM F, an abbreviation for Commi Filius meaning Son of Commios, asserts the issuer's dynastic lineage. The wreath surround is rendered in a stylised Celtic manner, with paired leaves visible along the border. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hand-struck Celtic bronze coinage of the early first century AD. |
