Studentski centar Sveučilišta u Zagrebu — the student services complex attached to the University of Zagreb — operated its own internal meal voucher system for decades, issuing scrip redeemable at its canteens and dining halls rather than handling cash transactions directly with students. These breakfast-specific vouchers were part of a tiered system that separated meal types administratively, allowing subsidized pricing to be tracked and audited by category.
Not legal tender by any definition, and never intended to circulate beyond the campus facilities. Survival rates are low simply because nobody thought to keep them.
