| Beschrijving voorzijde | Uniface bracteate struck in thin hammered silver with an irregular flan edge. The central motif depicts a stylized eagle displayed beneath a triple-arched arcade, its head turned downward in a heraldic posture. Above the arcade, a tower or turret flanked by two six-petalled rosettes or stars occupies the upper field. The entire design is enclosed within two concentric raised rings forming a beaded or plain border, characteristic of Carinthian bracteate coinage of the late 13th century. |

Ottokar II of Bohemia held Carinthia from 1269 until his death at the Battle on the Marchfeld in 1278, after which Rudolf of Habsburg redistributed the duchy's territories. The attribution "and successors" reflects genuine uncertainty about which authority struck which dies during the turbulent decade following Ottokar's fall — a period in which Carinthian mint rights changed hands more than once before stabilizing under Meinhard II of Tyrol-Görz.
Völkermarkt, on the Drava river, was one of several competing regional minting centers in southern Carinthia. CNA Cc24 places this type within a closely contested sequence of bracteates where die analysis remains the primary tool for narrowing attribution.
