Obverse description Uniface bracteate struck in thin hammered silver with an irregular flan edge. The central motif depicts a stylized eagle displayed beneath a triple-arched arcade, its head turned downward in a heraldic posture. Above the arcade, a tower or turret flanked by two six-petalled rosettes or stars occupies the upper field. The entire design is enclosed within two concentric raised rings forming a beaded or plain border, characteristic of Carinthian bracteate coinage of the late 13th century.
