| 正面描述 | Within a double border composed of an inner beaded ring and an outer pearled rim, a stylized frontal bust or head is depicted in high relief, flanked on either side by a six-pointed star. Above the head, a spread eagle faces dexter, its wings displayed, rendered in the bold, simplified manner characteristic of late 13th-century Austrian bracteate coinage. The overall composition is confined within the circular inner field, with the design elements arranged symmetrically in the medieval provincial style associated with the Völkermarkt mint. |

Ottokar II of Bohemia held Carinthia from 1269 until his death at the Battle on the Marchfeld in 1278, after which Rudolf of Habsburg distributed the duchy to his own allies. The attribution "and successors" reflects that ambiguity — these bracteates were struck across the political rupture, and the Völkermarkt mint continued operating through the transition with minimal retooling. Pinning individual pieces to one ruler or the other remains difficult without die study, which is why the CNA groups them under a single type spanning the handover.
