The castle motif is rendered in the medieval Castilian tradition, with crenellated towers rising above a base. Surrounding the central device, the partial Latin legend ENRICVS DEI GRACIA is visible along the outer border, referencing Henry III of Castile. The coin shows typical characteristics of hammered billon coinage, with an irregular flan and worn but legible design elements. |
