| Obverse description | Central field displays a crowned Gothic castle with three towers, each embattled, set within a quadrilobe inner border composed of raised arcs, all enclosed by a beaded outer circle. The mint mark 'B' for Burgos appears below the castle in the lower lobe of the quadrilobe. The surrounding legend reads ENRICVS DEI GRACIA REX, separated by pellets, running clockwise between the beaded border and the coin's edge. |
