The design is executed in a schematic, late Celtic idiom characteristic of Durotrigan coinage, with the pellets rendered in low relief on an irregularly shaped flan. The overall composition reflects the highly stylised and abbreviated treatment common to the small billon issues of this tribe in the final pre-Roman conquest period. |

| Opis rewersu | Highly stylised eagle depicted facing left with its head turned back to the right, rendered in the abstract Celtic artistic tradition typical of late Durotrigan billon issues. The bird's body, wings, and tail are suggested by broad, sweeping incuse lines and irregular relief areas rather than naturalistic detail.
