| 背面描述 | Standing figure of Zeus (Oesho) depicted in right profile, right arm raised in a gesture of benediction or authority, left hand holding a long scepter. The abbreviated Kharosthi inscription 'vi' appears to the left of the figure, while a flower pot or fire altar is depicted to the right, reflecting the syncretic Hellenistic and Iranian religious iconography characteristic of Kushan coinage. |

Vima Takto — sometimes called the "Nameless King" in older scholarship because his name went unread for decades — preceded Vima Kadphises and is now recognized as a distinct ruler largely through numismatic evidence alone. Göbl 786 falls within the transitional billon issues that mark the Kushans moving away from the debased coinage habits inherited from their Yuezhi predecessors. The textual record for his reign is essentially nonexistent; these coins are the reign.
