| Obverse description | Within a raised inner circle, a cross pattée with a pellet at the tip of each arm and two pellets in each quarter between the arms, all struck on a slightly irregular flan typical of hammered Venetian coinage. The peripheral legend surrounding the inner circle reads in Latin, referencing the Doge Lorenzo Priuli with the title DVX. The overall design is characteristic of the small Venetian bezzo denomination, with the cross motif rendered in a bold, stylized manner. |
