A tamgha, the dynastic tribal emblem of the Giray dynasty, appears prominently in the upper portion of the field, serving as the principal heraldic device. The tamgha is rendered in a stylized form characteristic of Crimean Khanate issues. The overall strike is typical of provincial hammered coinage, with uneven distribution of metal across the flan.
