| Beschrijving voorzijde | Crude frontal facing portrait of the Portuguese royal crown, rendered in a highly stylised and primitive manner characteristic of hammered bazaruco coinage produced at the Diu mint. The crown motif occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the letters D and O, denoting the regnal formula under King Afonso VI. The overall design is boldly struck but irregular in execution, reflecting the artisanal hammering technique employed at this colonial Indian mint. |

The reverse field is plain with no additional legend, and the flan shows the characteristic irregular edge of the hammered bazaruco series. |
