The legend arcs above in the upper field, with a maker's signature visible in the lower right exergue area. The design is in high relief against a smooth field, within a reeded border.

Reverse description Plain field enclosed by a wreath of laurel tied at the base with a ribbon bow, within which the recipient's details are engraved in uppercase lettering across five lines.
