| Obverse description | Central medallion in relief depicts two standing figures: a medieval archer in tunic and hose holding a longbow and arrows to the left, and a 19th-century rifleman in uniform holding a rifle to the right. Dates 1300, 1500, and 1860 appear in the field flanking the figures, with the Latin motto SIT PERPETUUM inscribed in the exergue below. The broad border is decorated with cartouches containing the names of winning schools and their respective victory years, interspersed with decorative rifle-cartridge motifs. |
