Reverse description A dynamic high-relief equestrian figure of St George, helmeted and nude save for a billowing cloak, mounted on a rearing horse facing left, thrusting a spear downward into a large dragon coiled beneath the horse's hooves. The engraver's signature W. WYON. R.A. appears in the lower exergue, and the Fraktur blackletter motto is disposed around the upper field.
