Obverse description Right-facing bare-headed bust of Kaiser Wilhelm II in high relief, set within a beaded inner circle. The circular legend runs around the upper field, separated from the rim by a beaded border, with a spray of laurel branches decorating the lower portion between the inner circle and the outer border.
