Obverse description The coat of arms of Mülheim am Rhein depicted in high relief within a baroque-style cartouche shield: a single-masted sailing vessel with a helmsman at the bow and a crowned lion at the stern, sailing on waves, with an anchor visible at the bow. The shield is surmounted by a mural crown of three towers. The engraver's signature appears in the lower exergue along the rim, within a beaded border.
