Obverse description Industry as a woman seated on a square stone, with a victory wreath in the right, outstretched hand, and her leaning left against an angular staff. At her feet, posed against the stone are the instrument of a craftsman: a compass, an hammer, pliers and a triangle with squares on its catheti as in the Pythagorean theorem. Name of authors below, in exergue.
