The upper field bears a four-line raised legend identifying the Naturwissenschaftlicher Verein zu Krefeld, founded 1858. Below, an oval dotted frame encloses a dedication inscription with a blank line for the recipient's name, followed by the text 'ZUM STIFTUNGSFESTE' and the partial date '19'. |
