| Reverse description | Two standing figures face each other and clasp hands at centre: a sailor to the left wearing a round hat and a soldier or naval officer to the right wearing a plumed helmet and carrying a sword. Behind them, the field is engraved with a stylised Union flag. A crowned royal cypher appears at the top of the field, and the whole is enclosed within an oak-leaf wreath, with the motto divided on either side. |
