Obverse description Draped bust of the city goddess Chersonas facing left, her hair rendered in fine strands with a diadem or wreath, wearing a chiton. A serpent is depicted in the left field, serving as a divine or civic symbol associated with the personification of the city. The portrait is rendered in the Hellenistic tradition, with soft facial modeling characteristic of Bosporan coinage of the early imperial period.

Reverse description The Parthenos (Virgin goddess), the principal civic deity of Tauric Chersonesus, stands facing left in a dynamic striding pose, nude or lightly draped, wearing a helmet. She holds a bow in one hand and a spear in the other, emblematic of her role as divine protectress of the city. A ligature monogram appears in the lower left field. The legend ΕΤΟΥϹ ΡΛΑ, reading 'year 131' in the Pontic era, is distributed in the right field, dating the coin to 106–107 CE.
