| 裏面の説明 | Ceres, goddess of grain and agriculture, is depicted seated left upon a throne or ornate chair, her figure rendered in flowing drapery with considerable relief. She extends her right arm forward, holding a bundle of grain ears or a torch, emblematic of her divine dominion over the harvest. In her left hand she holds a long sceptre or torch resting against her shoulder. The composition conveys serene divine authority, consistent with Flavian reverse iconography celebrating abundance and imperial beneficence. The circumferential legend TR P VIIII IMP XV COS VII P P runs around the reverse field, divided by the seated figure. |
