| Beschrijving keerzijde | The goddess Concordia is depicted seated left on a throne with a decorative base, her figure rendered in flowing drapery in the Flavian classicising style. In her extended right hand she holds a patera, symbol of pious libation, while her left arm cradles a cornucopiae, emblematic of abundance and harmony. The composition is balanced and static, conveying the ideological message of imperial concord. The reverse legend encircles the design along the beaded rim, invoking the Augustan sanctity of Concordia. The exergue is plain. |
