Obverse description Draped bust of Julia Titi facing right, rendered with finely detailed drapery across the shoulder. Her distinctive elaborate coiffure is arranged with tightly curled hair bundled and piled high above the forehead in a tiered diadem-like formation, with a long braided plait falling down the nape of the neck. The portrait exhibits the refined Flavian court style, with delicate facial features characteristic of official imperial portraiture. The encircling Latin legend reads IVLIA AVGVSTA, conferring upon her the imperial title of Augusta.
