附加信息	Clodius Albinus held Britain and much of Gaul after Septimius Severus bought his loyalty with the title of Caesar in 193, but by 194–195 the alliance was already fracturing. The SAECVLO FRVGIFERO reverse — invoking a fruitful age — was a pointed piece of political messaging from a man styling himself a legitimate ruler rather than a rebel, minted in the western provinces while Severus consolidated power in the east. Albinus was defeated and killed at the Battle of Lugdunum in February 197.
