| Obverse description | Bareheaded and laureate bust of Libertas facing right, rendered with finely detailed hair elaborately coiled and bound with a laurel wreath, loose curling locks falling at the nape of the neck. The portrait is executed in the high-relief style characteristic of late Republican coinage, with boldly modelled facial features.
