| Beschrijving voorzijde | Within a dotted border, the field displays three military symbols associated with the imperator Brutus: two beaded, vertical standards (vexilla) flanking a central lituus (augural curved staff), rendered in high relief with bold, simplified forms characteristic of late Republican emergency coinage. The legend BRVTVS appears in large, clearly incused capital letters along the lower portion of the field, identifying the issuing commander Marcus Junius Brutus.
