Reverse description A ship's prow depicted facing left, rendered in relief as the principal type, a device closely associated with the maritime identity and harbour significance of Coela on the Thracian Chersonese. The prow is shown with characteristic naval detailing including the cutwater and deck structure. The municipal Latin legend surrounds the type, distributed around the field and along the dotted border. The reverse field displays a slightly granular green patina consistent with prolonged burial.
