She strides above a prow (rostrum) of a ship set in the lower field, referencing Roman naval dominance. The large senatorial authority marks S and C (Senatus Consultum) are positioned in the left and right fields respectively, flanking the central figure. The legend VICTORIA AVGVST runs around the upper and right periphery within a beaded border.
