Reverse description The personification of Spes (Hope) depicted standing left in full figure, draped in a long stola. She extends her right hand forward holding a flower, while her left hand gathers and raises the hem of her garment in the conventional Spes typology. The senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is prominently placed in the field to either side of the figure. The reverse field shows significant green patination consistent with long burial or environmental exposure.
