| 正面铭文 | TI · AVGVS · DIVI · AVGVSTI · F · IMP · CAESAR (Translation: Tiberius the venerable (Augustus), son of the divine Augustus, supreme commander (Imperator), Caesar.) |
| 背面描述 | A bull standing right, rendered in robust relief, occupies the central field of the reverse. The animal is depicted in a naturalistic style typical of Hispanian municipal coinage of the Augustan and Tiberian periods. The circular legend surrounding the design references the local magistrates (duoviri) responsible for the coin's issue: M · C · I L · FVL · SPARSO L · SATVRNINO II VIR, naming Lucius Fulvius Sparsus and Lucius Saturninus as the two presiding duoviri of Calagurris. A beaded border frames the entire design. The reverse type of the bull was a common emblematic device on the civic coinage of Hispania Tarraconensis. |
